To whom it may concern.
I want to voice my concern about the proposed new rule change. I understand why something needs to
be done to protect the retail trader. 400, 300, 200 even 100 to l is way to much leverage. I would
support a 50 to one rule maximum. 10 to one is way to extreme. Please consider this level as an option.
