Dear Mr. Stawick,
as a Iongterm trader of futures/derivatives/Forex, I would like to tell you that the adoption of
this legislation would be counterproductive. I have a hard time to understand where the person
who came up with this is coming from. Must be a complete ignorant of how the markets work.
