Mr. Secretary,
Please don't change the current regulations with regard to retail Forex. While I understand what your commission is trying to
accomplish, this new regulation will in effect demolish the small trader. Leverage isn't the problem sir, lack of education by
traders is the issue at hand. A simple solution would be to create an online course that is mandatory in order to open a live
Forex account with any broker. With today's technology a simple, clear cut course could go a long way in educating retail
traders.
