Dear Mr. David Stawick,
I think that the 10-1 leverage ruling 3038-AC61 is an outrage and an attack on capitalism, and America. This
ruling must not pass. As I have looked at the concepts in the proposed bill, I cannot find a single benefit to
anyone for this action. If passed, this action will ruin American citizens from participating in this market in a fair
and balanced manner.
