Regulation of Retail Forex
Honorable Secretary,
I believe the proposed regulation of 10-1 leverage should be imposed only on those individuals/entities
that are trading currencies with other people's money. The currency markets need the liquidity provided
by private funds.
I expect a flight abroad to entities that the CFTC does not regulate.
