Regulation of Retail Forex
It seems to me the overwhelming majority of traders oppose this act by the CFTC. In my opinion this is for good reason.
I am a novice trader but from my understanding the Job of the CFTC is to prevent fraud, not regulate the entire market.
I beleive an act of this magnitude would render the forex markets all but inaccesible to the retail trader. The effects would be
far reaching and devestating to a global economy that is already struggling with a lack of liquidity in worldwide markets.
I, for one, am vehemently opposed to this act.
