    Regulation of Retail Forex
    Dear Sir,
I am sending you this email to let you know that I disagree with the proposed regulations concerning
    retail foreign currency transactions.
I am a trader and I know my risks. With the proposed regulations I will need a much larger capital than
    my current one.
I could suggest that the leverage is not automatically set by the broker but the trader has to decide and
    select the leverage he wants.
I could also suggest that the trader before to open an account to read and sign a simple document
(avoiding the legal terminology) that will clearly explain how much money is at risk every time and how
    to calculate the risk.
    My best regards
    Vassilis Kapsis
