Regulation of Retail Forex
I am extremely opposed to the new rule regarding 10:1 leverage. I am an employee of the industry and
this rule will put me out of a job along with probably the majority of those I work with (300 plus
people). I just don't understand, you are trying to protect customers by targeting the wrong group
(legitimate registered firms) .... and at the expense of putting thousands out of a job, shutting down
legitimate US grown businesses, and driving millions of dollars out of the US ! Is it really worth it? I
don't get it! I work hard every day to enforce and educate traders the risks of the industry and the I agree
with many of the rules out there ....but this new rule is not thought out and will do WAY more hurt than
good!
