SUBJECT: Proposal for Federal Speculative Position Limits for Referenced Energy Contracts and Associated Regulations
On April 8,2010, members of the Managed Funds Association discussed the Commission's proposed rulemaking regarding Federal Speculative Position Limits for Referenced Energy Contracts and Association Regulations during a meeting with Commissioner Sommers. In attendance at the meeting were Jonathan Goldberg, the D.E. Shaw Group, David Rubenstein, BlueMountain Capital Management LLC, Patricia Gillman, Winton Capital Management Ltd., Stuart Kaswell, MFA and Jennifer Han, MFA.
