Change in 2008 Farm Bill
I am against the proposed change of Forex leverage from 100:1 to 10:1 for all NFA and CFTC
regulated firms. This change will eliminate the small investor. As a small investorI have spent
several thousand dollars and hundreds of hours in research and execution of trades in the Forex
market. Your change will increase my capital requirements 10 fold thus I will be eliminated as an
investor.
Please eliminate the Forex leverage change from your proposal.
