The proposal to limit leverage in FOREX to 10:1 is simply ludicrous. The reason small time traders like
me trade FOREX is strictly because of the 100:1 leverage. If you change it to 10:1 traders like me will
have to close our accounts and go back to trading stocks. Why fix somethin that isn't broken?
