Are you serious about this proposal. You are effectively killing the small time speculator who
cannot afford 10K
Your proposal sucks. If someone is uneducated and loses their money in forex, that is the
market.
How can you take that decision, which is preposterous, and suddenly create such a
widespread consensus that it will make the forex market better.
Please reconsider. Enough has been done to identify the risks involved in the market, without
restricting the small time
investor.
