With regards to RIN 3038-AC61, Release: 5772-10
To whom it may concern,
Financial regulators may be in a precarious position to minimize risks. Please let me assure you that the
FOREX is speculative, and large leverages have their benefits.
1 think it would be an unfortunate decision to limit foreign exchange leverages. The current setup allows
young, enthusiastic traders with an appetite of risk, and little capital, to take part.
