    Regulation of Retail Forex
I am writing with regard to 'Regulation of Retail Forex' ( RIN 3038-AC61).
The proposal to limit leveraged trading to 10:1 would, quite honestly, not have any
direct effect on my trading because I do not trade at higher leverages. However, I
stongly object to the proposal to REQUIRE that I trade at leverages no higher than
that. As a trader, I want to determine FOR MYSELF what is or is not an appropriate
    level of risk.
Government certainly has a role to play in the FOREX market but I encourage you to
spend your energies toward protecting me from unscrupulous brokers and banking
practices rather than towards limiting my freedom to trade as I wish.
