On August 12, 2024, a meeting was held with CME concerning the Real-Time Public Reporting Requirements and Swap Data Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements NPRM (88 FR 90046). In general, the discussion focused on the proposed modifications to 17 CFR 43.4(c) in connection with the potential designation of the UPI for swaps in the other commodity asset class and comments received on that proposal as well as potential modifications.
