On
February 20, 2024, a meeting was held with Aegis concerning the Real-Time
Public Reporting Requirements and Swap Data Recordkeeping and Reporting
Requirements NPRM (88 FR 90046). The discussion included potential
implementation of the proposed modifications. The discussion also included the
potential designation of UPI for swaps in the other commodity asset class, the
corresponding potential dissemination requirements per the proposed amendments
to 17 CFR 43.4(c), as well as the proposed data elements in the NPRM. The UPI
fee structure was also discussed.
