CFTC Comments
Dear CFTC Comments:
Wall Street is skimming funds from the economy by means of its predatory
financial instruments such as derivatives and flash trading. The Proposed
Federal Speculative Position Limits must be adopted by the CFTC to
prevent these practices from destroying our economy by taking funds which
should otherwise be available for supporting development.
