Dear CFTC Comments:
I encourage the CFTC to adopt the Proposed Federal Speculative Position
Limits before volatile fuel prices further harm the country's already
weakened economy.
We must fully understand and put corrective measures in place in respect
of the wild speculation that played such an important role in almost
bringing us to our knees.
