sir, as regards 'regulation of retail forex' id no R1N 3038- AC61 comments - kindly allow me register my dsipleasure as
regards your proposed reduction of margin for fx transactions amongst other meaures which obviously could be construed as
moves to protect the smaller players but would only achieve the effect to stifle and restrict participation by creating an
artificial barrier, kindly discontinue with such plans, efforts shd be geared towards expanding market participation and not
