    New Regulations on Forex Market
    Regards,
I am writing about the proposed Regulation of Forex trading margins (RIN 3038-AC61).
I am totally against the proposal. I have traded Forex for about 2 years now and I am a
small trader (Under 10,000). I am very much against changing the Margin requirements to protect
a few fortune seekers who being misguided think their forex investments will make them
    rich.
I am aware of the risks associated with Forex, I am aware that my broker is not interested in my
    best interests (trading against me).
I do not use my grocery money or my house payment to do forex and I do not need Big Brother
to protect me from the big bad Forex market.
I make a small return on my investments and I work hard for this return.
If you imposed New margins requirements on the Forex Market it will knock most of the
small guys, like me, out of the market.
    Thank you for your time,
    Larry Vibbard
