Dear CFTC Comments:
I am writing to support the proposed ruling of the CFCT called the Federal
Speculative Position Limits. Wall Street has been run like a casino and
the time for that to ens is now, the rule proposed provides stability and
will limit some of the price bubbles caused by speculation, please approve
this rule, our futures are all at stake.
