Dear Sir,
Obviously, this proposed rule is beneficial only to big players with lots of capital. This rule doesn't aim to help small and new
traders. A 10:1 leverage will just ease the manipulation between the broker and trader accounts. I can see clearly how this
rule will ruin small-time traders.
