This proposed legislation that aims to restrict and limit traders' investments is completely hilarious. Investing always comes
with risk management. Higher risks often give opportunities for great returns. And limiting the chance to risk will not help
average people accumulate high returns. Please don't try to limit our ability to earn extra cash!
