To Whom It May Concern:
Regarding Identification Number: RIN 3038-AC61
I would like to get straight to the point of my email. I simply want to
register my opposition to the CFTC's proposed leverage changes; i.e. the
reduction in leverage. I prefer to be the one to decide the issue of
leverage not the CFTC.
