Regulation of Retail Forex RIN 3038-AC61
To Whom it may concern, I am a Forex trader and believe that all traders have a right to chose an
amount of leverage that best fits his/hers risk appetite. This is the basic principle of "choice" that is
being threatened by the proposed CFTC regulations... We deserve the right to chose for ourselves!!
Remember thats what our country is supposed to stand for !!!! U.S.A. Freedom Of Choic!!!! Every day
it seems our freedom of choice is getting smaller and smaller!!! Now the CFTC wants to take freedom
of choice away as well??? What is this government and Country come to??? Frank P. Chianese,
P.O. Box 531 Hyde ParkN.Y 12538 Phone -845-3879-7087 P.S. I am a middle aged American trying
to make ends meet and trading forex is helping me as well as helping my parents whom have no other
means of retirement because of the lack of funds and aid in social security benefits etc ..etc ......
