Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Sir,
I would like for you to rethink your position on RIN 3038-AC61. I am an american citzen who doesn't have a large amount of
funds available to put into the Forex market. The only way I can make money is to leverage my positions at 100:1 . If this
regulation passes you will force all the small investors out of something that can allow them to live the american dream. This
measure will force money to go offshore and people will get ripped off. No action is the best action in this case.
