Regulation of Retail Forex

Dear Sir,
I am an active forex trader in China and my dealer is FXCM.
I was told that the CFTC was going to proposed a regulation on Forex trading and was sad to
find that the regulation was not in favor of current forex trader.
I don't like the idea to shrink the leverage to 10:1 which would only make me to change my
forex dealer to some non-US based one.
I hope you could withdraw such regulation proposal and think it again.
