    "Regulation of Retail Forex"
    Identification number RIN 3038-AC61
Retail Forex Trading has provided millions of jobs for persons in and outside of the
USA, at a time when the job market is shrinking drastically, it is surprising that the
people who should know better and you the ones who have the power to make a
positive difference, wants to do just the opposite.
Retail forex trading is one of the very few businesses that a person can start with as
little as US$300.00. Yes it takes discipline as does anything else that you wish to
succeed at, it takes work, and it has a high degree of risk, so does walking out of
your house, or flying in an aeroplane or even driving a car (in today's society), do
you want to control all of those too?
We appreciate you wanting to protect us, but protect us by ensuring that all the
brokers operating in the USA are registered and certified, protect us by ensuring
that they are not bucket shops. Every individual has the right to decide their own
fate, as long as it is nothing illegal, some of us enjoy the risk as the payoff when it
comes is just as big. It is wrong of you to try to cripple retail trading, this is the
livelihood of many many individuals. It is no more risky than choosing to be an
athlete for a living as you can get hurt even before you begin. However if they are
smart and have a plan B, then there is something to fall back on, yes not all of them
have a plan B, just the same not all traders protect themselves, it is the individuals
choice, don't take that from us ........ Choice, we need to be in control of our destiny,
we come this way but once. Thank you for giving us the chance to voice our
opinion, it tells me you want to do what's right ........allowing us to choose for
    ourselves.
    Regards,
