This is concerning RIN 3038-AC61, Please I beg of you don't change the Leverage from 100 to 1 too 10 to 1
this will cause more job lose, it will cause me to go off shore and give my money to foreign governments and
foreign workers, if you are trying to protect the american public, please remember we have the freedom to
