we dont need your help or quasi paternalism, the trader can take care of himself just fine, and your
limiting leverage in the us only hurts us firms as the traders simply go elsewhere. 10:1 is for people
with billions, this current cftcjust wants to attack and stomp on the little guy. get a clue.
