Regarding R1N 3038-AC61.
To whom it may concern,
I am writing today to voice my concerns with the new
Regulation of Retail Forex Re: RIN 3038-
AC61.
The nature of Forex trading is risky by design. This new structure would put more American Dollars at
risk and put all traders in the United States at a greater disadvantage than any other traders.
I hope you reconsider this change and keep the Forex fair and equal to all traders.
