To whom it may concern:

I understand that the CFTC is considering new regulations on the retail forex market, particularly a change in
leverage to
10/1. I strongly object to this new regulation and want this new regulation removed from your consideration. It is
unnecessary and intrusive, and damaging to my trading efforts. It is an unwelcome attempt to "save me from
myself' that
will only curtail my personal trading.
Please don't allow this violation of my personal freedoms
