Proposed forex changes
Dear Committee,
I see no reason to regulate a market that is functioning fine. The outcome of this action can only
have a negative impact on the retail forex market. This proposed action will drive investors and
traders to less secure brokers outside of the United States. It seems that this is the last thing we
would want to encourage in a recession.
