To whom it may concern.
Re garding RIN 3038-AC61
I am absolutely opposed to the reduction of leverage under the proposed
changes.
I am a very small trader and it is the 100:1 leverage I currently
utilize in my trading.
By utilizing 100:1 I have a very small edge that helps me compete in
this market.
Take this away and all you have done is provide preferential treatment
for the large players while hurting the small trader like myself.
