If you press Congress to pass any further reduction of trading leverage to 10:1 or IMPOSE ANY
TRANSACTION TAX of any kind, that will destroy my chances of any profit. Rest assured I will
move all my trading accounts out of the United States - and my trading group will be doing the
same.
