Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear FTC Regulators,
I am a CTA and manage FX accounts for clients who enjoy my services. I have been forced to
move my accounts out of the US because the regulation has become so ridiculous and unfair for
traders in the US there is no choice. If history has taught anything to Government it is the Las
Farris rule of business. Regulating a 2000 year market 10 times older and more efficient than the
US is insanity. These regulations have nothing to do with protecting the individual investor but
more gear towards helping the foreign governments become stronger against the over regulated
US.
I will end in saying, we all know what your doing is wrong and looking in the mirror you know it's
wrong so please don't do something we all know is morally wrong for all based in the US borders.
Keep your regulations off the Foreign exchange market and follow the lead of the rest of the world
and allow free markets for all who chose to participate in them. Don't destroy the US any more
than it already has become.
