I believe that is another attempt to hold the little I~uY down. It is just wronl~ to push a 10:1 leveral~e on American accounts as
it will force people to trade in a hil~her risk bracket which will cause more people to lose money faster. All in all it is a really
bad idea. What's next, are we I~oinl~ to have to I~o to the bank and trade currency dollar for dollar?
