Regulation of Retail Forex
RIN 3038-AC61
this is in response to your new proposed rule of regulating the forex retail leverage.
As a matter of fact, I believe that the choice of leverage is up to the individual or the investor
himself and how much risk appetite he is willing to put. On this basis, I totally and strongly
disagree with this law as an obstacle and also hinders the potientials of the investor. Also it is a
threat to his freedom of investing, this also wil lead the individual or the investor to seek other
horizons and sources that give him great potentials and freedom to invest. Even taking his money
outside the area concerned.
So I strongly urged you to withdraw this proposal and let the choice and freedom for investors to
decide for themselves and choose any kind of leverage they like.
thanks so much for reconsidering the matter seriously
