Regulation of Retail Forex

I oppose to the new regulation of 10:1 leverage instead of 100:1 leverage which requires margin of
$10,000 instead of $1000.As I am retired and unemployed and not good chance to get job, I am trying to
make ends meet now by trading into currency market with small amount of money as a small trader, if
you pass this new regulation, you will throw out small trader like me and would favor large wealthy
trader only which is discriminatory and against American way.
