Every time we see massive swings in the market, in some cases to later find out that it’s fraud that hasn’t been prosecuted like fraud, swaps are always involved in a major way.

I think it would be a total lie from any public regulatory body, regardless if it is the legislature or CFTC, to claim there is the will or capability to regulate these financial tools. Frankly I’m sick of them turning my economy into a joke. I am forced to invest my excess cash in the market because the federal reserve for decades has desperately inflated my money (but let’s not get into cpi) to primarily protect that market, which swings irrationally more and more frequently due to AI high frequency trading and the nonsensically leveraged derivatives at the core of swaps.

Is there one single honest steward of justice in the entire worldwide industry of finance? Yes a few, but they’re prosecuting cryptocurrency fraud and ignoring any and all behavior from those with traditional finance connections.
