The referenced collection of data for this contract should not be renewed. First off, the terms of the contract’s timeline are not clear and yet it is still in place. The contract has been written to swap dealers for other types of exchange that are not currently included in their contract. It is not known if the terms of this agreement are in any way binding or if the information contained is accurate. The business continuity of this collection is a taxpayer burden and the swap participants are not eligible for the exchange of information based on the excessive number of years of the existing collections. It has been used to create a number of other types of products that are not available to the public for review or to determine whether the exchange is appropriate for the swap participants.
