No reason to run Predictit out of business. I have been on the site for years with no complaints. Unlike Polymarkets Predictit does not offer any props on crypto or stock prices . As long as it’s restricted to general elections where millions of votes are cast how is that of concern to the CFTC ?
Better to concern yourself with front running in the S&P 500 before key economic data is released .
Protect the public but don’t scrutinize them
