Predictit is not gaming. It’s not like throwing a quarter in the slots. The “bets” are small and capped and play an important role in our Democracy. Pooling together the predictions of thousands provides crucial intelligence as to future outcomes. It’s not gaming and it shouldn’t be treated like gaming. We would be worse off without this market.
