'Regulation of Retail Forex'
Concerning proposed rule making (RIN 3038-AC61 .) I object to the rule because it will eliminate traders with
smaller account balances and allow the BIG players to manipulate the currency markets in the-USA. I for one
think it is discriminatory-towards us small investors. The system is working fine as it is, don't mess it up. Thanks,
