Political election contracts should exist. This rule is wrong. By creating a regulated marketplace for electoral predictions, Kalshi would have the ability to enhance transparency and accountability in political forecasting. This initiative not only complements traditional polling methods but also provides real-time data on electoral sentiment. They also allow people to hedge the inevitable risks that come with elections! Let's embrace this innovation and allow these markets to exit on regulated markets (not just uregulated and illegal ones). Please vote no on the proposed rule!
