100:1 is just fine, leave it alone
It's unclear what 10:1 would do any differently that isn't happening already. Perhaps an addendum
should be attached to attempts at regulation such as this to make clear what the real intent is. It's an
industry that's finding it's feet and doing quite well at it. The unsavory types are being thrown out and
the new entrants are given an attempt to find responsible trading habits without large capital
requirements, an opportunity everyone should have available.
Go after the banks or something or better yet, start investigating entities that appear to regulate without
representation. Just stop already, 100:1 is just fine.
