I do not believe that your agency is empowered to the federal government by the Constitution, thus any constraints you wish to impose on US entities are not legal. I do not approve of any regulation of my expressions of opinions about who might or might not be elected to any office. Such expressions are protected by the 1st Amendment, and the CFTC does not have the power to censor me.
