Please do not eliminate election markets. This seems to me a basic issue about freedom. Unless there is a good and valid reason for banning such markets, and I don't believe there is, I should have the freedom to participate. I can bet on horses, sports, and virtually anything else. Why not elections? I do not believe that betting on elections has any effect on the outcomes of those elections. Please leave elections markets alone!
