Dear CFTC,
I am writing for the immediate dismissal of the bogus proposal to ban election markets. How bold of the CFTC to take such liberties in definition and purpose despite the specificity identified by the Commodity Exchange Act. I'd encourage this party, led by Mr. Benham, to reflect on its meaning and the support of its electors to focus on its due intent. Please review the ill-noted definition of 'gaming' for accuracy. You are off-base and ill informed on the influence of private markets on election validity.
