I am strongly AGAINST the proposed rule that would prevent me, and everyone else in the United States, from taking part in election futures markets like PredictIt. The proposal defines these markets as “gaming,” a misguided notion that reduces election futures to little more than a spin of the roulette wheel.
This is wrong.
Please reject this proposed rule or exclude election prediction markets.
